We are pure marketers. We do not have graphic designers, web developers, researchers or PR specialists in-house. We work alongside external specialists in the same way as traditional marketing teams do. This way, money doesn’t influence decisions and our advice is unbiased – we are here to help clients grow, not sell them something that suits us.

It’s all in the name.
Wall To Wall is to illustrate our thorough and comprehensive skill sets and work ethos. We appreciate that our recommendations and actions will impact on the jobs and livelihoods of every employee and possibly the entire supply chain. For this reason, we dig deep to understand our clients from the ground up. Only then can we offer best advice. We believe this level of professionalism is a minimum requirement you would expect from a business with our reputation.

Sunshine is to illustrate the fundamental marketing principle of leveraging the positive and intrinsic values of a brand. We are also refreshingly hands-on with a 'get on with it' attitude that leaves you with so much more than an impressive marketing document.

On top of that, we enjoy what we do and we want you to enjoy marketing, too. Experience tells us that the end product is better when the marketing process is a positive one. You can have fun whilst doing great work (despite what some will try and tell you).

• Clients come first: We love meeting new people but we always return a client’s call before responding to a new business prospect.
• Average is not an option: We need to excel if our clients are to prosper. We will continually ask questions to get to the right answer.
• Together we are better: We recognise and value that everybody has different strengths and that by working as one in a supportive environment we will all achieve more and grow.
• Fun with serious intent: Marketing is a challenging and interesting profession and often a lot of fun. We help our clients share our enthusiasm and join in on the fun bits.
  

 
A little history.
The directors formed Wall To Wall Sunshine following successful international careers with world renowned advertising agencies and international blue-chip organisations in the UK, Russia, CIS, Europe, South America, USA, Australia and Canada. Fortunate to be trained by some of the industry’s most respected individuals and working at all levels from global brands to independent local businesses, much of this experience and knowledge is being applied to the benefit of our clients today. We have retained our strategic allegiances and have partner agencies in Moscow, Kiev, Mexico City, Vancouver and Toronto.

The vision was to create a new marketing model. To build a centre of excellence that was high-calibre in service delivery and also a great place to work that valued and rewarded its employees. The plan was (and still is) to bring the resources and levels of professionalism that is available to the world’s largest companies and make it accessible to SMEs in the UK.

The business relocated to Topsham, a great little estuary town on the outskirts of Exeter in 2006, and the new Sunshine HQ is now at 18 Fore Street. Feel free to pop in for a cup of tea and a chat.

Corporate Social Responsibility
We believe that a business can be very successful AND tread a respectable path. We know CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) makes sense from a marketing perspective of course, but we genuinely believe we have a responsibility to do the right thing.

We are committed to giving back in every way we can. From the more corporate issues such as our ISO 14001 environmental duties and regular donations, to a variety of charities that are backed with more personal and hands-on involvement.

We also accept that our corporate behaviour reflects on our clients and we need them to be proud to be associated with us (as we are with them).
